Return Policy
At SAFR, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

All original tags, packaging, and receipts/invoices must be included.

Returns requested after 15 days will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact on our email at store.safr@gmail.com or Whatsapp at +92-3129121978 or +92-3332797751 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if eligible.

Please note: Some sale items may be marked as final and not eligible for return.

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved:
Your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

The amount will be returned to you via bank transfer.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
